Grafham bike workshop6/15/2023 There must be someone else in the country who can take advantage of the huge demand for cycling and not try and rip people off. Rutland clearly don't give a damn as the demand for cycles has gone through the roof - look at lack of response in other feedback reviews from CEO etc. Never again - you have been warned - happy to supply pictures and emails to anyone in doubt. Finally got refund today June 29th - but £30 short of my original invoice - I have no idea why, but feel like someone lucky enough to have avoided a Nigerian on line scam. another marathon of email exchanges as impossible to reach by telephone finally get told my refund will take a maximum of 10 working days on 17th June. I spent a lot of money on extra packaging and boxing to ensure it would travel safely. After another 12 emails exchanges finally got bike picked up by DX couriers on promise of a 3 day refund - beware and take photos if this happens to you as subcontracted to man in a van and he clearly didn't give a stuff about fragility. Repeatedly asked for refund - told it would have to be processed and someone would get back to me which they never do. Emails take up to 3 days to answer always by someone different who has no idea of your complaint so u start again and I included every photo on each email - each time they start the process from scratch and ask you if u want a refund. So the journey begins - contacted customer services by email as the telephone opens at 10am and I phoned every day for a week at 9.59 on 3 phones and you just immediately get told they are too busy and call later. I didn't even take the bike out of the box but took photos from its arrival to unpacking and all damage as the delivery box itself was also massively damaged and far too big for a bike of this size with minimal packing materials. No pedals which I was assured would be included and for which I had paid extra. Incorrect charger for the E bike - so couldn't use it anyway. Clearly had been ridden and dropped as impact damage at bar end. The bike was beyond belief not fit for purpose: 5 gouges on frame - badly damaged from assembly. I bought a £3000+ e bike for my wife on June 1st- Her birthday present - this was delivered after 7 days - not the 3 days promised on the phone.
